Dromroe Village is situated in a superb location on the south campus of the University,  overlooking the River Shannon. 

In 2002, the village was awarded an RIAI Regional award for its unique architectural design. The apartments offer the following facilities:-

• A Village Centre with a large arts space, together with two smaller meeting rooms.   

• A convenience store as well as self-service launderette are also located in the village.   

• Ciaran's Café serves excellent vegetarian dishes, wonderfully healthful vegetable and fruit juices.

• Free car parking is available adjacent to the village.

Each village has its own reception, where delegates are welcomed on their arrival to the campus.
